What Is It?
When creating a Customer Portal Account, you will encounter a prompt explaining the process of the Verification Phone Call. This step ensures you are a real person with a valid phone number that can be used during the Application process for any permit you apply for.
How Does it Work?
New accounts require phone verification. Please have direct access to the phone number you enter.
If you are using a phone number you do not normally have access to, you will need to answer the phone yourself, or alert the person answering the phone of the incoming call.
Please listen to the automated message carefully and follow the instructions given to you.
MGOconnect will make two attempts to call the number you enter.
What if I miss the Call?
If you miss both calls or are unable to verify your number, contact our office:
Contact our Support team by email by using our Contact Us form. Please ensure to include the email address you are using for your MGOconnect account, if the one you are contacting us with is different.

We will verify your account and activate it manually
